DGZQ air drying system is a complete set of equipment for wet processing of corn, potato, wheat and other raw starch after dehydration. In the airflow drying system, the heat flow runs at high speed, so that the granular material is suspended. The heat transfer surface area between the heat flow and the wet material is great, so the heat transfer coefficient is high, the drying time is short, and the continuous drying ability is large. The temperature of dried material using steam as heat source does not exceed 55℃, so it is especially suitable for drying of thermal sensitive material.

In order to prevent the dust explosion, the explosion discharge and fire extinguishing device are provided in the drying system.

The product is widely used in the drying of powder, sheet, heat sensitive materials, especially for the drying of starch and protein powder produced by corn and potato, as well as the drying of powder loose materials for chemical, medicine, food, agricultural and sideline products.
