Pressure curve screen is one of the advanced solid-liquid separation equipment. The sieve body is made of stainless steel. The sieve is a static equipment, no noise, a small area, convenient operation, not easy to block, and a long service life. It is a new equipment in the screening process of starch processing, so that the slurry can be separated and washed quickly and effectively. It can also be widely used in a variety of large processing amount of wet material screening occasions, such as screening and dehydration, washing and extraction and the removal of solid substances and impurities.

Pressure curve sieve is a kind of high efficiency sieve that relies on pressure to screen wet materials. It is composed of sieve surface, sieve box, feeding device and outlet, as shown in Figure 1. The sieve surface is the key component of the pressure curve sieve, which is made of stainless steel wedge sieve strip welding. The wet material has 0.25~0.4Mpa pressure from the nozzle at high speed and produce tangential force, the material on the screen surface is scraped into a thin layer, so that the water and fine material are evenly dispersed, and the whole screen surface is effectively self-cleaning. The sieve content is discharged from the slag outlet, and the sieve material enters the slurry outlet.
