Product Overview

DPX type embryo cyclone is an advanced technology of digestion and absorption, replacing the germ floating tank in the corn starch production process, and is an ideal equipment to improve the yield of starch and germ. It is mainly used to separate the germ after the corn is broken.

The equipment is a static equipment, with simple structure, advanced design, convenient installation and large range of production capacity. As long as the number of cyclone tubes is changed, it can be applied to different processing quantities.

Operational Principle

After coarse crushing of corn (deembrysting), the germ is free. After crushing, the material enters the cylinder part of the cyclone from the tangent direction under a certain pressure. Due to the different specific gravity of the germ and the corn paste, under the action of centrifugal force, the free germ overflows from the overflow mouth, and the corn paste is discharged from the lower part.
