Under the pressure of 0.5 Mpa, the starch milk enters the garden tube part along the tangent direction of the desander, and generates the centrifugal force. Due to the different material specific gravity, heavy phase impurities such as sand are thrown to the periphery, and the second stage along the inner wall of the desander. The starch milk with a small amount of sand overflows from the overflow mouth, back to the first stage front slurry storage tank, and then into the first stage desand hydrocyclone sand. A large amount of sand enters the sand collecting bucket for regular discharge, and the starch milk after the first stage of sander overflows into the next process through the upper overflow pipe.
