The pneumatic low-temperature regulating valve is widely used in the automatic control of petroleum, chemical industry and metallurgy. Pneumatic low temperature regulating valve is especially suitable for the regulation of media (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.) at-60~ -250℃. It is one of the pneumatic regulating valve products specially developed by our company for ultra-low temperature working conditions. To ensure the adjustment accuracy of the pneumatic low-temperature regulating valve, the valve positioner must be used. It is different from the room temperature control valve in the use of long neck valve cover, so that the packing works at room temperature. The pneumatic low temperature regulating valve is input from the signal pressure of the valve positioner to the air chamber of the pneumatic film actuator, generating thrust, and driving the valve core through the connecting rod, and the change of the position of the valve core changes the circulation cross-sectional area of the valve to realize the adjustment of the medium flow.
Simple control, rapid response, and intrinsically safe, do not need to take additional explosion-proof measures. The pneumatic regulating valve is powered by compressed air, to realize the switching volume or proportional adjustment, the source to the cylinder as the actuator, receiving the control signal of the industrial automation control system to complete the adjustment of the pipeline medium flow, pressure, temperature and other process parameters.
