Pneumatically lined fluorine bellows control valve is composed of two parts: pneumatic film actuator and direct single seat lining fluorine plastic valve. The parts of the pneumatic lining fluorine regulating valve contacting the corrosion medium are corrosion resistant and anti-aging polyfluoroethypenene, high pressure lining fluorine plastic process, and polytetrafluoroethylene bellows seal. The pneumatic lining fluorine regulating valve has the flow control of high strength corrosion medium such as acid, alkali and royal water and toxic volatile gas and liquid medium. Therefore, it is widely used in the chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine and other industries.
1, good corrosion resistance: the valve body cavity, valve spool, valve seat, are lined with 3mm thick polyperfluoroethylene propylene, can be resistant to strong corrosion fluid.
2, good sealing performance: the use of PVC bellows and filler double sealing.
3. Small leakage amount. Because the valve core and seat use soft seal, ensure no leakage.
